Rachel Iverson, LPC, holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, an MS in Child Development, and a BS in Clinical Psychology.
She specializes in life changes, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, general anxiety, and depression, and offers individual counseling for children ages 4-12 and adults 18 and older, as well as couples and family counseling. She has extensive experience in family dynamics and parenting and a background spanning two continents, now practicing in Eugene.
Her training includes EMDR, TF-CBT, Gen-PMTO, Collaborative Problem Solving, and RYT-200, and she draws from CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EFT, MI, art therapy, play therapy, family systems, attachment therapy, and mindfulness in a collaborative, tailored approach to address each client’s needs.
