Randy Rhoad

Dr. Randy A. Rhoad is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who brings over 25 years of experience to his practice in the Tidewater, Virginia area. Rhoad works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing psychological evaluations and counseling for issues such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and relationship problems.

Rhoad began his career with a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Western Kentucky University in 1986. He served as a school psychologist, gaining experience in psycho-educational evaluations and counseling. He earned a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Regent University in 1999. His early roles included work as a Licensed Professional Counselor and therapist at the Pines Residential Treatment Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.
