Sam Navratil

Sam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota, holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. She is committed to offering a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where individuals can process what they’ve been carrying and begin the journey toward healing.

Her approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in empathy. Sam integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and somatic strategies. She works with adults and couples and is LGBTQIA+ affirming. Sam also has experience with Veteran-related concerns and specializes in supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, depression, insomnia, and difficult life transitions.
