Sara Campbell

Sara Campbell is the owner and founder of The Counseling Affect. Campbell works with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory difficulties, and developmental disabilities. She also helps clients manage ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering guidance in parenting.

Campbell's journey in mental health began in 2008, leading to over a decade and a half of experience. Initially aspiring to be a band director, she found her calling in mental health. Her practice is informed by her personal faith and a deep respect for her clients.

Certified in the Safe & Sound Protocol and AutPlay, Campbell employs innovative therapeutic techniques. Clients can expect a blend of established and modern methodologies tailored to their needs. Her practice offers a compassionate and effective approach to mental health care.
