Sarah Palomo, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides queer and gender-affirming therapy for teenagers, emerging adults, and adults.
She draws from relational, intersectional feminist, narrative, internal family systems, attachment, and somatic approaches to address identity exploration, gender-related issues, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and trauma.
She holds a BA in American Studies from Brown University, an MSc in History (awarded with distinction) from the University of Edinburgh, and a Master of Social Work from Smith College. Rooted in anti-oppressive, liberatory practice, Sarah emphasizes a strong therapeutic alliance and works to make clients feel understood, valued, and empowered.
