Sharon Grand

Dr. Sharon Grand is the founder and president of Wavelengths Psychology. Grand works with a focus on women's issues throughout the lifespan, addressing relationship challenges, ADHD concerns, parenting difficulties, and executive function disorders.

With over a decade of experience in mental health services, Grand's comprehensive background includes a post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital. She supervises licensed therapists and provides training to interns, contributing to the advancement of the field.

Grand's therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth and directness, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship.
