Sharon Grand

Sharon Grand, Ph.D., BCN, is a Licensed Psychologist and founder and president of Wavelengths Psychology. She combines insight-oriented psychodynamic techniques with cognitive behavioral strategies and has advanced training in Neurofeedback through BCIA.

With over a decade of experience in mental health services across diverse settings and a post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital, she focuses on women's issues throughout the lifespan and addresses relationship challenges, ADHD, parenting difficulties, and executive function disorders.

Known for warmth, directness, and honesty, she emphasizes the therapeutic relationship to create a safe space for healing and growth. She supervises licensed therapists and provides training to undergraduate and post-graduate level interns, and has served as an expert witness for the Social Security Disability Office of Hearings and Appeals.
