Shinichi Daimyo, MPH, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. They provide medication management and therapy for adults and children 12 and older, addressing conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, addiction, and race and identity and LGBTQIA+ concerns.

Shinichi began by providing residential nature therapy in rural New Hampshire and developed culturally empowering mental health care programs in Haiti, Peru, Japan, India, and Rwanda. They treated U.S. Veterans through in-home mental health care and provided psychiatry and psychotherapy to poor and homeless populations in Philadelphia, both in-person and via telehealth.

Shinichi holds an MSN from Yale School of Nursing (Psychiatric-Mental Health), an MPH in Global Health from Boston University, serves as clinical faculty at Drexel University's psych NP program, and advises the APA on culturally affirming psychiatric and psychotherapy practices. Their work integrates international experience with evidence-based, collaborative, culturally affirming care.
