Sue Bruce

Sue Bruce, LICSW, LCDP, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a quarter-century of clinical experience. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University, a Master of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University, and an Executive Master of Health Care Leadership from Brown University.

She specializes in depression, anxiety, family and relational dynamics, bereavement, medical illness, life transitions, trauma, and substance use, and her dual licensure equips her to treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Sue has worked in community mental health agencies and private practice, supporting adolescents, college students, and adults across the lifespan.

Sue employs an empathic and strength-based approach, tailoring therapeutic strategies so clients feel supported, validated, and heard. She creates a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can explore challenges and work toward positive change.
