Sydney Bain

Sydney Bain, M.Ed., is a Master's Level Intern at Healing Spaces. She focuses on adult therapy and offers coping strategies for self-esteem and depression, with specialized support for Black women and autistic individuals.

She uses CBT, ACT, and Gestalt therapy to tailor treatment to each client's needs. Drawing on experience working with survivors of sexual assault and severe trauma and time as a paraprofessional in the Special School District, she brings practical insight to clinical work.

Transitioning to a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), she centers the client's voice, creates a safe, validating space, and offers actionable strategies to build resilience and self-acceptance.
