Tara Havely

Tara Havely, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who integrates clinical expertise and faith-based understanding in practice. She has provided clinical care since 2008 and works with individuals and couples toward restoration and relational health.

She uses Biblical Counseling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. Her background includes experience in dual diagnosis intensive outpatient programs, acute inpatient care, and community mental health; she holds a BS from Carson Newman College (1993) and an MSSW from the University of Tennessee (2008) and is Prepare and Enrich Certified.

Tara offers individual counseling, couples counseling, and parent coaching in a faith-informed, trauma-aware framework. Her approach emphasizes compassionate, practical support to help clients address emotional and relational challenges.
