Taylor Sinton

Taylor Sinton, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in individual therapy for children and adolescents. She uses a strengths-based and person-centered approach and is experienced in DBT with adolescents; she also employs CBT, play therapy, behavior modification, and trauma-informed care.

She has provided therapeutic services in public schools in the District of Columbia and served as a school social worker at a K-8 charter school. Her background includes work in behavior management, crisis support, and supporting communication and social skills development.

Taylor works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and anger outbursts, aiming to help young clients build resilience, self-awareness, and effective coping strategies. She holds a BA in Social Work from Sacred Heart University and an MSW from Fordham University (Westchester).
