Terry Edwards

Terry Edwards, Ed.D., HSP, is a licensed psychologist at Athena Care Clarksville with over 25 years of experience. She earned her Ed.D. in Psychology from Tennessee State University in 1995 and completed a Post Graduate Degree in Psychopharmacology from Alliant University.

She focuses on chronic and severe conditions and serves underserved populations, combining evidence-based treatment with wrap-around case management. Her clinical work includes ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, dementia, depression, OCD, postpartum depression, and PTSD.

Dr. Edwards emphasizes outcome-based care centered on clients' personal preferences and offers experiential methods alongside supportive and cognitive behavioral techniques to support client choice in treatment planning.
