Victoria Gardner

Victoria Gardner, LMLP-T, is a Licensed Master's Level Psychologist - Temporary who provides trauma treatment, individual therapy, and strengths-based psychological evaluations for children, teens, and young adults. She uses DBT, CBT, CPT, EFT, Person-Centered Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to tailor care.

She is particularly experienced working with survivors of sexual assault and treats depression, anxiety, attention deficits, grief, emotion regulation, and interpersonal issues. Victoria offers comprehensive evaluations for individuals aged 7 and older and has developed and administered trauma-related trainings for clinicians, law enforcement, and community members.

Victoria's practice is trauma-informed and collaborative, grounded in warmth, empathy, and trust. She focuses on guiding clients toward self-discovery, clarifying diagnoses, and supporting effective therapeutic or medication planning.
