Allison Teger

Allison Teger, LMHC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, holds advanced certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has over 15 years of experience. She specializes in trauma therapy and also treats depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marital problems, fears, loss and grief, heart and cancer-related issues, and self-esteem for individuals, couples, and families.

Her experience spans inpatient, outpatient, and crisis stabilization units, and she completed training at Mayo Clinic's Science and Leadership Symposium to provide counseling for cardiac needs. This breadth informs her work across varied clinical environments.
