Ally Rust

Ally is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in North Dakota with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University. She also earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Development from NDSU.

Ally works with individuals ages five through adulthood, creating a safe and supportive space to explore their full selves. She tailors her approach to each client, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT skills, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Ally places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship to support healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and emotional or behavioral concerns.
