Breanne Dargon

Breanne Dargon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is the founder of Pathways Family Therapy in San Diego. Dargon works with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues, offering her expertise to people, couples, and families.

Dargon completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Diego State University and earned her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. Her career includes 15 years at a long term residential treatment center, where she served as Clinical Director and other key roles.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Systems Theory with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. Clients can expect a comprehensive and compassionate environment that considers both individual and relational dynamics, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
