Dhesyre Novoa

Dhesyre Novoa is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. Novoa works with people experiencing anxiety and is certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. She believes in a holistic approach, considering the whole person and their environment.

Novoa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Her experience spans various settings, including DCP&P, psychiatric hospitals, and in-home services. She has worked with people, families, and groups facing mental, emotional, and developmental challenges.

Novoa employs Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Interventions, and Mindfulness techniques. Her sessions are tailored to meet each client's needs, providing a personalized treatment plan.
