Dhesyre Novoa

Dhesyre Novoa, MSW, LCSW, is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor who specializes in treating anxiety and is certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).

She uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, behavioral interventions, parenting skills training, and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. She provides individual, family, and group therapy and has worked in DCP&P, psychiatric hospitals, and in-home services.

With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and certification in trauma treatment, she draws on real-world experience to address mental, emotional, and developmental concerns. As a clinical supervisor, she emphasizes practical tools to support everyday wellness and symptom reduction.
