Gabriel Lobato

Gabriel Lobato, LAC, CCTP, is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. He specializes in anxiety, trauma, work-related stress, and burnout and works with individuals, couples, and in Christian counseling contexts.

Gabriel draws on experience providing pastoral counseling in Marana and his background as a former business owner to inform practical, context-sensitive care. He uses an eclectic, evidence-informed toolkit, including CBT, DBT, attachment theory, narrative therapy, and mindfulness.

His personal experience with anxiety contributes to a compassionate, pragmatic approach focused on understanding, skills development, and sustained emotional and relational health.
