Jacqueline Baudanza

Jacqueline Baudanza, MHC-LP, is a mental health counselor who works with children, teens, and young adults. She specializes in emotional regulation, ADHD, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and codependency.

Jacqueline uses an eclectic approach that combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic Theory. She incorporates play therapy, art therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy to provide creative, developmentally appropriate ways for clients to express and process emotions.

As a member of the Tree of Life Mental Health Counseling team, she creates a safe and nurturing environment and tailors sessions to each client’s needs to support coping skills and progress.
