Jeffrey's extensive experience spans across diverse settings and age groups. As an undergraduate, he worked in a Community-based Acute treatment facility for adolescents. After earning his MSW from Westfield State University, Jeffrey spent several years providing therapy in mobile and hospital-based crisis units, working with clients ranging from 7 to 100 years old who were dealing with major mental illnesses. He further expanded his expertise by working with a geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As a clinician, Jeffrey utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
