With a passion for instilling hope and creating vision for those struggling, Jennifer Gragg, LCMFT, brings over two decades of experience to her practice as a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist. Since 1997, Jennifer has been dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and realize their fullest potential.
Jennifer's approach is rooted in a holistic perspective, focusing on the mind, body, spirit, and relational needs of each client. She employs a multi-modal therapeutic style that is strengths-based and solution-focused, relying heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy. This comprehensive approach allows her to provide individualized and effective care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Her areas of expertise are diverse and extensive, encompassing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, life management, parenting challenges, stress, infertility, and grief/loss. Jennifer has also completed specialized Level 1 & Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, enhancing her ability to work with couples facing various relationship challenges.
One of Jennifer's unique specialties is in assessing and treating individuals and couples undergoing third-party reproductive services. This niche expertise allows her to provide targeted support for those navigating the complex emotional landscape of fertility treatments.
Jennifer earned her B.S. degree in Psychology and M.S. degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University, building a strong academic foundation for her practice. Her commitment to professional growth and providing quality therapeutic services is evident in her continued pursuit of specialized training and her individualized approach to each client's needs.
