Josh Joseph

Josh Joseph is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with clients at Foundations Counseling. Joseph helps adolescents and adults under 70 navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. His focus includes mental health and wellness, boundary-setting, and spiritual counseling.

Joseph holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Central Florida. He served as Vice-President of Chi Sigma Iota and has pursued various certifications, including as a Certified International Transgender Counseling Association Mental Health Provider and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner.

In therapy, Joseph employs a holistic approach, integrating tools like hypnotherapy and motivational interviewing.
