Katie Osgood

Katie Osgood, MS, LPC-Associate, is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in Texas who specializes in working with teens and young adults. She focuses on body image concerns, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and perfectionism.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. As an LPC-Associate she practices under the supervision of Ametis Bassir, LPC-S, and is active in Houston Eating Disorder Specialists, the Texas Counseling Association, and the American Counseling Association.

Katie uses a compassionate, client-centered approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. She is invested in collaborative treatment and client progress.
