Kimberly Harter

Kimberly Harter, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Restoration Counseling. She holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and maintains professional memberships in relevant counseling organizations.

With over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, she specializes in trauma recovery, depression management, and anxiety relief. She has additional training in play therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and grief counseling, and she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy in her work.

Her client-centered, holistic approach focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment where she collaborates with clients to process trauma, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build self-awareness.
