Lauren Mishkin, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in complex trauma and complex grief treatment. She integrates Complex Trauma treatment, Complex Grief Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, existential, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and family systems theories.
