Melissa Dumaz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with clients navigating trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. With over two decades of experience, she helps people and families find balance and healing.

Dumaz began her academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne, followed by a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. Her career includes roles at the Violence Intervention Program in Los Angeles and various other settings, enriching her understanding of diverse mental health challenges.

Dumaz employs Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Incredible Years Parenting Program.
