Patti Rushing

Patti Rushing is a counselor who brings over two decades of experience in counseling and teaching within school settings to her therapeutic practice. Rushing works with children, families, adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, self-worth, and life stage transitions.

Rushing holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida and a Masters of Education in School Counseling from Clemson University. Originally from the Midwest, she has resided in Greenville for the past 32 years, enriching her practice with a sense of community.

Her therapeutic approach combines humanistic techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and play techniques. Clients can expect a non judgmental and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts and emotions. Rushing helps clients gain new perspectives, supporting them through life's unexpected turns.
