Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith, MC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in women's issues, trauma, crisis and adjustment disorders and treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and grief. She works with teens and adults.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Counseling from Arizona State University. Rachel has practiced in private practice and hospital settings, including work at Banner Desert Medical Center with oncology patients and their families.

She has experience with adoptive parents, biological parents, and adopted children and focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment to help clients increase understanding of their emotions and find balance.
