Sarah Shoffner

Erin Sanford is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health (LPC-MH) in South Dakota with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She also holds certifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP). Erin earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology and her master’s degree in Counseling from the University of South Dakota.

Erin began her counseling career at Southeastern Behavioral Healthcare (2007–2011), followed by a role at Wellspring, a private practice in Sioux Falls (2011–2014). During this time, she also contracted with Falls Community Health, where she provided services to clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns (2011–2022). In 2014, Erin founded Agape Counseling Center in Brandon, SD, which has since grown into a thriving practice with six full-time therapists and a graduate-level intern.
