Shanika Dixon-Glaze

Shanika Dixon-Glaze, Therapeutic Support Coordinator, coordinates therapeutic interventions on Millhill's Family Support Services team. She focuses on creating resilient, healthy family units and works as part of a diverse and culturally sensitive team.

At Millhill, a nonprofit serving children and families since 1971 in Trenton, New Jersey, she contributes to programs such as the Therapeutic Intervention Parenting Program (TIPP), a 12-week curriculum covering child development, positive parenting techniques, and life skills.
