After dedicating 25 years to the field of education, Stef embarked on a new journey as a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP), leveraging her deep understanding of child development and family dynamics to provide empathetic, person-centered therapy.

Stef's approach is rooted in creating a safe, validating space where clients can freely process life's challenges. Her integrative methodology combines elements of art and play with evidence-based interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This multifaceted approach allows her to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and experiences.

Specializing in a range of areas, including grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parent-child relationships, self-esteem issues, and emotional regulation, Stef is equipped to support clients through various life stages and challenges.
