Stef McAlpin

Stef McAlpin is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner who helps clients through empathetic, person-centered therapy. McAlpin works with grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation, supporting children, teenagers, parents, and educators in navigating life's challenges.

McAlpin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her certification as a School Counselor enhances her ability to integrate educational and mental health support, providing comprehensive care for her clients.

Her approach combines art and play with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. McAlpin creates a safe space for clients to process challenges, actively involving parents and caregivers in treatment plans to foster positive change.
