Tonya McDaniel is a therapist and Director of Program Development at The Center for Growth. McDaniel works with clients facing anxiety, OCD, depression, and relationship challenges, including polyamory. She also addresses life adjustments such as transition-to-parenthood and LGBTQ+ orientation.
McDaniel holds a Master in Social Work and a Master in Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University. Her international perspective was enhanced by studying psychology at the Université du Mirail in Toulouse, France. As of 2023, she is completing her PhD, further deepening her expertise.
McDaniel employs strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies. Her sessions offer a supportive space where clients can explore their challenges and celebrate their accomplishments.
