Andi Sinues

Andi Sinues, MSW, Social Work Supervisee, provides compassionate, eclectic therapy using person-centered strategies, play and art therapy, solution-focused methods, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and integrated family system (IFS) techniques. They specialize in anxiety, panic disorders, and depression.

Andi works with children (8 and up), adolescents, and adults and has previous experience in the school setting, connecting youth and families with school supports and community resources. This breadth allows them to use age-appropriate interventions and tailor care to each client's needs.

In the initial session, Andi focuses on developing a partnership with the individual, encouraging clients to share their concerns for improving emotional health. They completed EMDR Basic Training Part 1 in March 2023 and collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement that build on current strengths and abilities.
