Andi Sinues

Andi Sinues is a Social Work Supervisee who helps clients gain insight and perspective through a compassionate and eclectic approach to therapy. Sinues works with children (8 and up), adolescents, and adults, addressing anxiety, panic disorders, and depression using evidence-based practices.

Sinues holds a Master of Social Work and has experience in school settings, assisting youth and families with educational supports and community resources. Recently, Sinues completed EMDR Basic Training Part 1 in March 2023, enhancing trauma-informed care capabilities.

In therapy, Sinues employs person-centered strategies, play and art therapy, solution-focused methods, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Clients can expect a collaborative environment where they actively participate in setting meaningful goals. The initial session focuses on building a partnership and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring personalized care.
