Linda Pruitt, a Board-Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist, brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to Peace of Mind Counseling. As part of a unique mother-daughter professional team, Linda continues to share her passion and expertise with the community, building on her years of service at Aha!, where she was one of the original partner/owners.

At Peace of Mind Counseling, Linda is dedicated to providing outpatient therapy and medication management for behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. She upholds high standards of confidentiality, creating a safe environment where clients can find balance in mind, body, and spirit. Linda's approach focuses on helping individuals develop skills that inspire healing and find their own peace of mind.

Linda's expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and various trauma-focused therapies. She treats a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and trauma-related disorders.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Linda brings a unique perspective to mental health care, combining her nursing background with advanced psychotherapy skills. This integrated approach allows her to address both the psychological and physiological aspects of mental health, providing comprehensive care to her clients.
