Patricia Wilkins-Vacca

Patricia Wilkins-Vacca, LCSW, PC, CCTP, CHC, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over three decades of experience. She specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and childhood sexual abuse and uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, with a specialization in Children and Families, and has worked in schools, mental health agencies, alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation centers, and developmental disabilities services, informing her work across the lifespan.

In private practice she offers 'Walk and Talk' therapy sessions and takes a holistic, client-centered approach to life transitions, family conflict, and adolescent development. She is located in Poughkeepsie, NY and provides in-person and teletherapy sessions for New York State and Maine.
