Sarah Wenzl

Sarah Wenzl, LMHP, NCC, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, has practiced for over eight years and has a specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She works with teens and adults and offers individual, couple, group, and family therapy.

Her experience began with an internship at Offutt Air Force base and has grown into a practice focused on marriage counseling, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and grief work. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Sarah uses a down-to-earth approach to make therapy accessible and effective, creating a supportive space where clients can explore thoughts and emotions. She is dedicated to helping clients recognize their inner strength and address relationship and mood concerns.
