Yogya Kalra

Yogya Kalra is a strategy specialist with experience spanning R&D consulting, systems design, and nonprofit leadership. Currently pursuing a dual degree in Biology and Business at Western University, he brings an analytical, interdisciplinary approach to solving organizational challenges.

His past experiences focus on technical communication and process optimization across both corporate and nonprofit environments. At Deloitte, he contributed to multiple millions in R&D tax credit claims by helping clients in biotech, energy, and manufacturing translate complex innovations into clear, audit-ready documentation. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director of a 500-member public health nonprofit, where he led cross-functional teams, scaled research operations, and launched initiatives that engaged tens of thousands students. Through these roles, he developed a strong foundation in systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and strategic execution.
