Dr. Fugen Neziroglu, Ph.D.

Dr. Fugen Neziroglu is a board-certified cognitive-behavioral psychologist and expert in obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders. She co-founded and directs the Bio Behavioral Institute, where she oversees clinical services, research, and doctoral supervision. An Adjunct Full Professor at Hofstra University, she has published over 150 scientific papers and authored 15 books, including works on Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Her research and books have been internationally recognized and translated into multiple languages. Dr. Neziroglu has appeared on major media outlets and is a prominent figure in professional organizations, earning the IOCDF’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
