This innovative combination allows her clients to explore their physical sensations and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space, uncovering and releasing emotional blocks that may be hindering their personal growth. Her background in wilderness therapy has equipped her with a unique perspective on the healing power of nature, which she skillfully integrates into her practice.

As an active member of the Therapeutic Adventure Professionals Group (TAPG) and the Association for Specialists in Group Work (ASGW), Amy brings a wealth of experience in working with individuals and groups in remote settings. Her expertise extends beyond traditional therapy room, often taking her practice outdoors to harness the transformative power of nature. Amy's additional training in play therapy and adventure therapy further enhances her ability to offer a truly holistic and experiential approach to mental health.

Amy's commitment to nature and healing extends beyond her professional life. In her free time, she volunteers as an Arkansas Master Naturalist, further deepening her connection to the local environment. Her active membership in the Arkansas Canoe Club, where she offers introductory and level 2 paddleboarding courses, demonstrates her passion for combining outdoor activities with personal growth opportunities.
