With over two decades of experience in the non-profit human services sector, Annie Wood-Long brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as a provisionally licensed mental health counselor. Her journey in mental health counseling began at the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, laying the foundation for her client-centered approach.

Annie's passion lies in helping individuals navigate life's complex challenges. She specializes in a wide range of concerns, including relational issues, life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, emotional regulation, and grief and loss.
