Cassie Cook

Cassie Cook, DPT, MTC, AIB-VRC, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned her DPT, cum laude, from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2014. She completed a post-doctoral orthopedic residency at James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital as one of three selected candidates and holds a Manual Therapy Certification (2015) and a Vestibular Therapy Certification from the American Institute of Balance (2017).

She specializes in outpatient orthopedic care and vestibular/balance rehabilitation, addressing sports injuries, pre- and post-operative impairments, work- and car-accident injuries, and complex vestibular cases. Her clinical experience spans acute care, inpatient rehab, direct access primary care, a specialized amputee clinic, and outpatient rehab across Winter Haven, Lakeland, Lakeland Highlands, and Davenport.

At Bespoke Physical Therapy, Dr. Cook uses hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and patient education, treating each person like family. She emphasizes individualized care that explains the purpose behind treatment and has helped hundreds of Polk County residents overcome vertigo.
