Chrishane Cunningham

Chrishane Cunningham, MA, LCPC, NCC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Staff Therapist at Chicago Counseling Collective. She is specializing in working with people of color, with particular attention to youth and Black mental health wellness.

She works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan and uses a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy anchored in cultural humility and empathy, recognizing the integral role that a strong therapeutic alliance plays.

She earned an M.A. in Counseling with a specialization in working with children and adolescents from The Family Institute at Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology at Fordham University. She aims to provide an encouraging, validating, culturally sensitive space where clients develop coping strategies and pursue personal growth and healing.
