Christina Ercoli

Christina Ercoli, LMHC, NCC, CCTP, is a licensed mental health counselor and founder of Sarasota Mental Health. She specializes in substance use disorders and clinical mental health counseling and brings certified trauma expertise to her work.

Her journey into the field was sparked by personal experience with anxiety and a commitment to breaking down stigma around substance use and mental health. She works with adult individuals carrying unresolved childhood trauma and creates a secure, accepting, nonjudgmental environment, remaining transparent and open to feedback.

Christina is committed to continuous learning to provide up-to-date, evidence-based care. She guides clients to process painful thoughts, develop more adaptive ways of thinking and feeling, and move toward emotional healing, resilience, and self-discovery.
