Craig Patera

Craig Patera is a Master's Level Candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Providence. He helps people navigate life's complexities, focusing on anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. Patera works with teens and young adults, providing support through life transitions.

Patera holds a background in Communications and Human Behavior Studies from the University of Montana. His experience includes serving at-risk youth at the Montana Youth Challenge Program, where he deepened his understanding of adolescent issues such as addiction and legal challenges.

Utilizing Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention, Patera creates a safe space for clients to explore their experiences. His client centered approach encourages resilience and personal growth. Through virtual telehealth appointments, he offers accessible care to clients in Colorado and Montana.
