Douglas Ray

Douglas Ray is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist serving as a Peer Mentor in the Mental Health Court program at the Mental Health Association in Delaware. He supports individuals involved in the New Castle County mental health court system by providing mentorship rooted in lived experience with mental health and recovery.
