Elise Elston

Elise Elston is a trauma therapist who works with teens and adults experiencing intimate partner violence, childhood abuse, religious trauma, and queer trauma. Elston offers support to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, guiding clients through the healing process with empathy and expertise.

Elston holds a Master's in Social Work from the Mandel School at Case Western Reserve University. She has a specialized certificate in Trauma-Informed Care and is certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics for developmental trauma. Her training includes comprehensive coursework in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Using a blend of techniques, Elston helps clients establish healthy boundaries and process past traumas. Her approach encourages connection to joy-bringing relationships and activities. Clients can expect a structured, non judgmental space to explore their emotions and foster personal growth.
