Emily Russ

Emily Russ, Clinic Manager and Co-Founder, co-founded The Finding Place Counseling and Recovery in 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She helps lead the boutique clinic and remains involved beyond administrative duties in shaping its clinical ethos.

She prioritizes tailored care and custom treatment plans, cultivates a culture of continuous learning, and rejects insurance-dictated norms to offer a holistic, flexible approach to treatment.

Under her co-leadership, The Finding Place serves clients across the United States and Canada and has a focus on addiction, trauma, and shame. Emily’s work centers on supporting clinicians to provide individualized care that meets each client’s needs.
