Erin Brewer

Erin Brewer is a Somatic Therapist who helps clients develop somatic listening skills to tend to their bodies and emotions with compassion. Brewer works with issues such as women's empowerment, boundary work, identity exploration, and trauma healing, particularly benefiting those facing anxiety, grief, life transitions, and chronic pain.

Brewer's educational journey includes training in Shiatsu, Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy, Integrated Neuromuscular Therapy, and Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution Program. She is progressing towards certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) in 2024. Her expertise is further enriched by certifications in Reiki, aromatherapy, and crystal therapy.

Brewer incorporates Somatic Experiencing techniques, chair work, table work, and supportive touch into her sessions. She guides clients in releasing outdated energy, helping their nervous systems find rest and regulation. Clients can expect a nurturing environment tailored to their comfort and needs.
