Erin Brewer

Erin Brewer, MA, LMT, RMT, SSP, SEP, is a Somatic Therapist focused on teaching clients how to develop and enhance their somatic listening skills. She uses Polyvagal therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed techniques to help clients notice and manage overwhelm and shutdown responses.

She has completed trainings in Shiatsu, Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy, Integrated Neuromuscular Therapy and the advanced year of Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Resolution Program, and incorporates Somatic Experiencing® techniques; she is moving towards certification as an SEP in 2024.

Erin integrates chair work, table work, and supportive touch, always tailored to client comfort, to support nervous system regulation. She works with women's empowerment, boundary work, identity exploration, trauma healing, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and chronic pain.
