Faith's academic foundation is as robust as her practical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Auburn University and a Master of Social Work degree from The Florida State University's College of Social Work, where she completed the Clinical Social Work concentration. This educational background, combined with more than 10 years of hands-on experience, has equipped Faith with a diverse skill set that includes over six years in case management and four years of therapeutic practice.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Faith's areas of expertise are both broad and specialized. She has demonstrated proficiency in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Personality Disorders. Her experience spans across all age groups, from newborns to centenarians, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in therapeutic approaches.
