Griffen Halko, M.S., LAADC, is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and the Director of Program Development for Claremont Counseling and Support Center and Chino Hills Counseling. He specializes in addiction counseling and program development.

He created "Chances For Change" (an umbrella program combining behavioral skills, substance abuse treatment, and impact panels). Its behavioral skills module has been used as a legal diversion program at Don Lugo High School and has been adopted across Chino Valley Unified School District, trade schools, and employers.

A founder and former Executive Director of Stay Designated, Inc., a 501(c)(3), Halko holds an M.S. in Psychology with an emphasis on Alcoholism and Chemical Dependency and is recognized as a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC) by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals. He focuses on community education, prevention, and practical, multi-faceted approaches to addiction and behavioral health.
